Smooth Program Scheduler will start any program you want at a scheduled time. It can perform both one-time and recurring tasks. However, there is more to it than just starting other programs. f some program is enabled with a control interface built under Scheduler’s specification, then you will get additional control over that program.

NT Service Launcher is an application that installs as a service under Windows NT and launches other applications. The package includes the service itself and the service manager to specify command lines the service must execute. It’s pretty self-explanitory but should be used by persons experienced with NT service installation and configuration.

Sustain is a program scheduler for when you have problems with a system service self terminating at random. This program can monitor and restart any service when it dies. Through command line parameters you can have it check for any program at any interval and run any program when not found.

Solway’s Task Scheduler is a small program which enables you to start other programs automatically, or play (say) music files, or run batch files, periodically and at pre-defined times. This program functions very well in combination with backup software, disk fragmenters, virus scanners and other regularly scheduled system maintanance utilities.
