Start Killer is utility that removes the Start button from your taskbar. When you run Start Killer it remove the Start button from taskbar and give you additional space on taskbar, when you close Start Killer the Start button is again shows.

It saves you from having to: 1) find a “no splash screen” option (if one exists) in the application, 2) modify your registry to turn off a splash screen, and, 3) hack the application itself to remove the splash screen.

Tray Pilot Lite allows you to hide the System Tray window. It might be useful if you have too many icons in your System Tray and there is not much place left for the buttons of your running applications on the taskbar.
